A never-before-seen photo of Evelyn Lozada’s bloody head has surfaced just as Chad Johnson has been released from jail for violating his probation.

The former NFL star head-butted is then-wife so hard last year that he left her with a big, bloody gash on her forehead, as shown in this TMZ picture …

The photos were taken by Davie, Fla., police in the emergency room where Evelyn Lozada was transported following Chad’s attack on August 11, 2012.

Officials said the forehead laceration measured three inches.

Johnson was arrested for domestic violence shortly after the explosive argument at his Jupiter, Fla., mansion. Evelyn filed for divorce three days later.

She went through with it too. They’re officially over.

The former Ochocino pleaded “no contest” to the domestic violence charge and was sentenced to 12 months probation and domestic violence classes.

He was thrown back in the slammer after slapping his lawyer’s ass during a probation hearing, in which the judge called the head gash photos “horrific.”

Might explain why she wasn’t in a joking mood when Chad pulled his stunt, even if many feel she overreacted by jailing the athlete for 30 days over it.

Want to dine like the stars? Chef Simone Panella from Brooklyn hot spot Antica Pesa – where the celeb clientele has included A-listers like Madonna, Michael Douglas and Tom Hardy – shares a summer pasta dish for you to wow your guests with.

Pasta Alla Norma

Serves 4

2 large eggplants, sliced in ¼-in. slices
Salt
½ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup olive oil
1 onion, peeled and chopped
2 celery ribs, diced
1 carrot, peeled and diced
1 (28-oz.) can plum tomatoes, chopped
½ tsp. sugar
6 basil leaves, chopped
1 (16-oz.) package rigatoni pasta
3½ oz. ricotta salata, grated

1. Sprinkle eggplant with 1 tbsp. salt. Place in a colander, cover with a weighted plate, and let stand at room temperature 20 minutes. Rinse eggplant and pat dry.

2. Coat eggplant slices in flour. Cook in batches, using 2 tbsp. oil for each batch, in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, turning once, 3 to 5 minutes until golden. Set aside. Repeat with remaining eggplant.

3. Cook onions, celery, carrots and ½ tsp. salt with remaining olive oil in large skillet over medium heat, 10 to 15 minutes or until golden. Add tomatoes and sugar, and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 45 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in basil.

4. Cook pasta in large Dutch oven until al dente according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup cooking water; drain pasta and return to Dutch oven.

5. Add half of eggplant to sauce; cook over low heat 3 to 5 minutes. Add sauce to pasta, adding reserved pasta water if needed. Garnish with remaining eggplant slices and grated ricotta salata.

(Um, we weren’t aware you could upgrade perfection.) And if nailing that sultry stare in the above photo isn’t making your pulse thump at sonic speeds, please note that Miley is also showing off alll her curves in a super sexy/VERY low-cut swimsuit. We’re totally in awe of her goddess-like glow, but we’re mostly impressed at how the photographer was able to get Miley to hold still long enough to take this picture — I mean, THE WOMAN CAN’T STOP/WON’T STOP TWERKING!

And if you think the “We Can’t Stop” singer is smoldering like a BAWSE on Billboard’s cover, don’t worry — that “IDGAF what you think of me” confidence is PLENTY THERE throughout her accompanying interview. In the article, Miley talks about what people expected of her comeback, saying, “A lot of people wanted to try to make me the white Nicki Minaj… That’s not what I’m trying to do. I love ‘hood’ music, but my talent is as a singer.” She also talks about staying true to the “twang” in her voice, and even mentions how she wants her forthcoming record to be the biggest in the world.

Anyway, we are LOVING this chat with Miley, but honestly, we’re mostly struck by that GORGE cover photo. It serves as a friendly reminder that everyone needs to update their lives to Miley 2.0, and any haters out there need to Ctrl+Alt+Delete themselves out of her way. (Sorry, that’s the best tech joke we could think of.)

Despite a denial by Kanye West, the tabloid is sticking with its story:

The rapper cheated on Kim Kardashian with a Canadian model named Leyla Ghobadi, with at least one naked rendezvous taking place when Kim was pregnant with Kanye’s child.

“A friend of Leyla’s approached us about it and we reached out to Leyla and we spoke to her about,” Deputy Editor Matt Coppa told Fox News of how the story came about.

“She was feeling bad because originally when they were together, Kanye had told her that him and Kim were not serious, that they were just together for publicity to increase their fan bases, so she didn’t feel guilty about sleeping with him.”

And while the affair took place last year, Coppa doubles down and says Kanyes people contacted Leyla as recently as last month.

They asked “for a meet up the weekend June 7th through June 9th where Kanye was going to be in New York City for the Governor’s Ball,” according to the editor.

Moreover, he alleges the publication has proof of the affair.

There was (a phone record). We saw that. We didn’t print that in the magazine. We have seen that,” said Coppa.

Of course, that begs the question: Why would the magazine not run such records?!?

In their new black-and-white ad, each “Kiss You” singer takes a “moment” (heh) to hold a shiny “Our Moment” bottle up to the camera. Then, in what is perhaps our favorite “moment” of the commercial (and maybe our favorite moment in life), Harry busts in on Zayn’s close-up with an adorable peck on the cheek! And, if we didn’t know any better, we’d say that after getting over the initial shock of having Harry’s soft lips pressed on his cheek (oops, did we say that out loud?), we’d say that Zayne maybe kind of liked it! (In an emo “I love my bestie” kinda way.) So, in sum, this 30-second perfume ad fulfills every One Direction fantasy we’ve ever had, and, well, the only thing left to say is, #ZARRY!!! or #HAYN. Take your pick.
